Why should I sign up?
Salem’s Loyalty Rewards is our way of rewarding you for being a loyal Salem’s customer! We are even offering you 50 FREE points* just for registering!

How do I sign up?
Go to salemsgyros.com/loyalty and click  Sign Up. Next, enter your email address and click Submit. You will receive an email from NO-REPLY@alohaenterprise.com asking you to verify your email address – click Confirm Email Address. You will now be prompted to enter a card number if you have a physical card. If you do not have a physical card, do not type anything in the field – just click Submit. Fill out your information and click Submit. Congratulations, you are now ready to start earning points!

Will I receive a card in the mail?
No. If you register online and do not already have a physical card in your possession, you will be registering for a virtual card. To use your card, you simply provide your phone number to the cashier before you pay for your meal.

How do I use my loyalty card?
In the store, your cashier can look up your account by your phone number or name and assign your loyalty card to your check. If you have a physical card, you may present it to your cashier for them to swipe it and assign it to your check. If you are ordering online, you will need to enter your 14-digit loyalty card number on the contact information page. If you don’t know your number, you can look it up by logging into your Salem’s Loyalty & Gift Card Account.

What is the difference between a physical card and virtual card?
A physical card is a plastic card that acts as both a gift card and a loyalty card. It must be registered online in order to use it as a loyalty card. With a virtual card, you do not have to carry anything around, you simply provide your phone number to the cashier.

How do I earn points towards my Salem’s Loyalty Reward(s)?
You will earn one (1) point for every one (1) dollar you spend, tax not included. So if your bill before tax is $9.99, you will earn 9.99 points. If your check contains an item that is currently discounted as a promotion, you will receive points for the discounted amount. So if the original price before tax was $13.98, but there is a promotion for $9.99 before tax, you would receive 9.99 points.

When do I get my 50 FREE points?
After you register your card, your 50 free points will be added at the time of your first transaction. So if your bill before tax is $8.00, you will earn 58 points.

If I forget to give the cashier my phone number or physical card, can I still get my points?
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to add points after your purchase. The only exception to that is if our systems are down. Please inform the team member that you wish to apply your purchase to your loyalty account.

I just registered my account. Can I get points for my old receipts?
Points are awarded from the date of registration and forward. We are unable to add points for receipts dated prior to your registration date.

When will I get my Salem’s Loyalty Reward(s)?
When you have earned 100 points on your loyalty card, a $10 Salem’s Loyalty Reward* will automatically be loaded onto your card for use on your NEXT eligible visit (To redeem your reward, your check must be $10 or more before tax.)

Can I get cash back from my rewards?
No, we do not offer cash back on rewards.

Are Salem’s Loyalty Rewards available at all locations?
Because we are a franchise, our franchisees have the option of participating in our loyalty program. Currently, 11 of our 13 locations are participating.

Can I get Salem’s Loyalty Reward(s) if I don’t register my card/account?
You can still earn points while your card is not registered. However, you will not be able to redeem any rewards until your card has been registered.

Is my Salem’s Loyalty Reward automatically applied to my check?
It depends. If your check total (before tax) is greater than or equal to your reward amount, your reward will automatically be applied. If your check total (before tax) is less than your Salem’s Loyalty Reward amount, it will not be applied this time. Your Salem’s Loyalty Reward will be saved until your next visit, but must be redeemed within 90 days from the time that you originally earned the Salem’s Loyalty Reward.

When I redeem my Salem’s Loyalty Reward(s), will I still earn points?
Yes, you will still earn points for the money that you spend. So if your original bill was $14.99 before tax, and your had a $10 Salem’s Loyalty Reward, you would earn 4.99 points for the balance that you paid.

Can I redeem more than one Salem’s Loyalty Reward at a time?
No. You can only redeem one Salem’s Loyalty Reward per check.

Can I use a coupon and a Salem’s Loyalty Reward on the same check?
Yes. You can use both  coupon and your Salem’s Loyalty Reward.

Do my Salem’s Loyalty Rewards expire?
Yes, you must use them within 90 days from the date you earned your Salem’s Loyalty Reward.

What is a Salem’s Birthday Reward?
We want to celebrate with you! You will receive a Salem’s Birthday Reward for 50% Off Any Combo* that can be used one time, any time during the calendar month of your birthday!

When can I redeem my Salem’s Birthday Reward?
You can redeem your Salem’s Birthday Reward any time during the calendar month of your birthday! So if your birthday is January 15th, you can redeem your Salem’s Birthday Reward from January 1st – January 31st.
